5. Adding Your Checkout URL
For this step you will need access to your DNS zone editor for your website domain. Typically you will find this in your domain settings of the registrar website (i.e. GoDaddy, Namecheap, BlueHost, Google domains etc..) or from your web server (nameserver) cPanel. Reach out to us if you need guidance on where to find your DNS settings.
You will need to create a unique subdomain (to be used as a Dutchie checkout URL) for each retail location you wish to use on your website.
After creating each locations subdomain you will need to add a CNAME DNS record for each subdomain (as shown below).
DNS Record Settings
Record Type: CNAME
Record Name: Your checkout URL (i.e. checkout-central.abccannabis.com.)
Record destination: connect.dutchiemenus.com.

PLEASE NOTE: After creating your checkout URLs you should email Dutchie API support (or your Dutchie implementation manager) with a list of checkout URLs and Dutchie will activate them.
